Pets

Please pick up after your pets! Our equipment and workers do not enjoy being covered in waste getting kicked up by the equipment. If the dog waste is excessive and interferes with service, there will be an extra charge on the job's invoice between $10-$20. 


Right to Work

Georgia Property Kings holds the right to halt or deny service for any reason. We will notify and accommodate the best we can. We do hope it never comes to that, and we will be able to maintain your property for a lifetime as long as Mother Nature continues her cycles. 


Grass Is Mulched, Not Bagged

All our mowers are equipped with mulch kits, so grass will not be bagged. Instead, it will be cut into micro pieces to be recycled back into the yard.


Clean Yard

Toys, trash, or unnecessary obstacles from pets and kids are expected to be picked up, so they do not destroy our equipment when maintaining the property. If toys, trash, and unnecessary obstacles are excessive and interfere with service, there will be an extra charge on the job's invoice between $10-$20.


Debris Removal

Debris removal and hauling are not included, unless explicitly stated and agreed upon. If you would like debris removal or cleanup, then please text or call us! 


Pictures

Any pictures of work done on your property may be used for social media and marketing purposes. 


Recurring Service

Recurring maintenance services will be continued into the fall and winter to keep up with leaves as they fall and until canceled. 


Price Increases and Inflation

Prices are always subject to increase if it has become necessary due to recent inflation or company rate increases. You will be notified by email prior to your next bill, if applicable. 


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the work we have completed, please let us know immediately. We will be happy to return to your property to make things right! Allow 15 days for corrective action on the complaint to take place.


Wires, Lawn Decorations, and Insect and Rodent Stations

If wires, lawn decorations, or landscape lights are unprotected, made of a weak or fragile material (i.e., plastic or glass), improperly or poorly installed or located, or not buried deep enough, then we will try our best to be mindful of them. However, we are not held responsible for them, as they should always be installed at a proper depth and location and be able to withstand routine maintenance on the landscape around them. Insect and rodent stations are no exception because they are made of plastic that becomes more brittle over the years. We are not responsible for any damage to insect and rodent stations from servicing the yard. 


Missed Services

A card will be put on file and should be updated if your card information changes. For pay-as-you-go services, if you have a faulty payment, we will pause services and will add a weekly late fee.


Paused Accounts

No make-up services or refunds will be given if services have been paused due to faulty payments. If your normal service date is missed due to a delinquent account, then services may be delayed until the next time we're in your area. If service is requested sooner, then a fuel surcharge of up to $100 may be charged to the account.
