  • What will my property’s maintenance schedule be if I sign up?

    Your placement on the route and which day we service depends on when we are in your area. Services are set to be about two weeks apart for bi-weekly plans and one week for weekly plans. We try to keep services consistent and on the same days but we cannot guarantee that as scheduling can be off by a day or more on occasion to account for weather or other challenges.

  • What is my property’s bush trimming schedule?

    The schedule for bush trimming for your property will depend on which plan you are on. Bronze Annual - April, July, Oct. Silver Annual - April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec. Gold Annual and Pay-As-You-Go Full Property - Each month from April to December. (Our Lawn Only Pay-As-You-Go Plan does not include bush trimming).

  • Are we licensed and insured?

    Yes, we have a Business License and have General Liability Insurance.

  • How do I move forward?

    We typically aim to have the estimate sent within 24-48 hours after submitting the estimate request. Large landscaping estimates may take longer, up to a few days. The full estimate will be sent to your email, along with a text letting you know it's ready. Once accepted, we will send you the agreement to be signed and a link to place a card on file, then we will get you on the schedule!

  • What types of payment are accepted?

    We require a card on file for all clients. Payments are accepted through Zelle and CashApp for one-time services, but a card on file is still required before proceeding. For Annual Plan maintenance services, the card on file is automatically charged on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on your sign-up date. For our Pay-As-You-Go maintenance services, the card on file will be charged after each service is completed.
